BGSD Cornhole Tournament

A Tournament for Cornhole Enthusiasts from Northeast Ohio and beyond - $300 Grand Prize*

Benander Games/Sports Data will be hosting its first ever Cornhole Tournament this summer.

Tournament Format

• Games will be played to 21, using the BGSD Rules and Scoring.
• Up to 40 teams will be accepted. Teams will be placed into pools of 4-5 teams each. Pool play will consist of 1 or more games played against every other team in your pool.
• Teams consist of 2 players and one alternate (optional). A team may only use 2 of its players during a single game.
• Winners of each pool will advance to the final tournament, which will consist of single-elimination matches in a best-of-three format.
  • Tiebreakers in pool play will be based first on head-to-head record and then on total point differential during pool play.
• Specifics of pool play and the tournament will be determined by the total number of entrants.

During each pool play game, one team from the pool that is not currently playing will be asked to keep an official score and officiate if there are any disputes. Tournament officials will take on these duties during the final tournament. Stats for the day will be posted on BGSD.com following completion of the tournament.

Print and fill out our entry form. You can mail it along with your entry fee to:

1.) Team Name
2.) Name, phone number, and email address of both players (and your alternate, if you choose to have one)
3.) Method of payment. (Check or PayPal)

Checks should be made out to BGSD. Payments via PayPal require a valid email address and PayPal account.
